When I get frustrated over rising insurance costs, she will walk me through options so that I'm comfortable with what I'm buying. The icing on the cake is that she is so kind and respectful, it doesn't feel like a business transaction. It just feels like you're borrowing sugar from the sweet lady next door. On a personal note, Mary Lou is also that person who will lift you up when you need to be lifted up; she will send you a handwritten note in the mail to let you know she was thinking about you. She has an excellent professional character, but it's her personal character that will keep you close. I adore Mary Lou and have a great deal of respect for Daniel, running the show behind the scenes and making sure his customers are happy.
