Even when filing a claim, the coverage was great and I was issued a payment without issues or delays. His staff is professional, friendly, and prompt to respond to all inquiries. In particular, June has been super helpful in setting up both my home and new auto insurance (despite me calling near closing time, she still made time to handle my questions and issue new documents).
