"It’s really is a very, very bad ordeal with you all, I recently purchased two new vehicles and had to make policy changes, and I called and you all and different people answered the phone, and we were given different answers in our policy, because I was dropping and adding two new vehicles. And you all send me a check in the mail for some 300 and some dollars and me and my wife were very worried about this, and I called your office and they said don’t worry Mr Gonzalez you can go ahead and cash it your check. So we did, after that we got billed for more money and when we called everybody was giving us different answers. And my wife called and ask them about our account and they would give her the run around and that said that they said we will call her back and they never did!!!. So besides upset her and me !!!. I asked to speak to Daniel personally and I never got a chance to talk to him, I believe some young man name Johue or Jason tried to explain what the happened. We at this point we’re ready to go with someone else for our insurance needs!!!. And that point we were really disappoint in all this situation, And now we are paying more money to pay my monthly payment. Very bad service!!!!!. I called today and young lady name Mary Lou checked my account and very polite and very professional and she said some kind of discrepancy in my account. And to call her back her back with a follow up. There is one very very great employee!!!. So I appreciate her because I am in the process of finding someone else to handle my insurance needs. It’s so sad that after all this years you’re in the process of losing a great customer!!!."
